Sparkle Care Program

-Maintenance Programs-

            All programs are designed to best suit the needs of the pond owner.  Sparkle Care members will be scheduled based on location of the pond to best fit an efficient travel route for our maintenance crew.  The time of visit may not be the same each week and all maintenance services can be done without the presence of the homeowner.  The WaterScape Winter Sparkle Care Program runs from November through March and is based on the date of the fall pond shutdown and spring pond shutdown.  From April through October WaterScape offers our Sparkle Care Program to make sure your pond stays clean and clear.

Snowflake Program-

            This program is designed as a twice a month service occurring bi-weekly.  Winter pond months are a fragile time and the importance of proper gas exchange and water quality will determine the fate of your cherished fish.  Our technicians add treatments designed to improve fish health and maintain a hole in the ice for proper gas exchange while you remain warm and comfy in your home.  The Snowflake Program comes with the basic water treatments and the general maintenance package.  As a bonus Snowflake Sparkle Care Members will receive a 10% discount of fish and fish related products!

            Check Winter Pump For Proper Flow and Function

            Make Sure There Is An Adequate Size Hole In The Ice

Icicle Program-

            This program is designed as a weekly service. Winter pond months are a fragile time and the importance of proper gas exchange and water quality will determine the fate of your cherished fish.  Our technicians add treatments designed to improve fish health and maintain a hole in the ice for proper gas exchange while you remain warm and comfy in your home.  The Icicle Program comes with the general water treatment and the general maintenance package.  As a bonus Icicle Sparkle Care Members will receive a 15% discount of fish and fish related products!
