Sparkle Care Program

-Maintenance Programs-

All programs are designed to best suit the needs of the pond owner.  Sparkle Care members will be scheduled based on location and size of the pond to best fit an efficient travel route for our maintenance crew.  The time of visit may not be the same each week and all maintenance services can be done without the presence of the homeowner.  Weather permitting the WaterScape Sparkle Care Program runs from April through October and is based on the date of the spring pond opening and fall pond shutdown.  From November through March WaterScape offers the Winter Sparkle Care Program to make sure your cherished fish are safe and sound.

Silver-

This program is designed as a once a month service visit for water gardeners that maintain their own pond, but are looking to make sure everything is functioning properly by having the experts service the pond.  The Silver Program comes with basic water treatment and a general maintenance package.

This program is designed as a twice a month service occurring bi-weekly for water gardeners that maintain their pond, but with a hectic work schedule or family life need some help with maintenance.   The Gold Program comes with the basic water treatments and a general maintenance package.  As a bonus Gold Sparkle Care Members receive a 5% discount on the spring pond opening and a 50% discount on the fall pond shutdown.

This program is designed as a weekly service for water gardeners that have a little time to maintain their water feature, need bi-weekly help, and prefer to have trained professionals add the water treatments.  For this program maintenance will be done every other week and water treatments will be added every week.  The Crystal Program comes with the general water treatments and a general maintenance package.  As a bonus Crystal Sparkle Care Members receive a 7.5% discount on the spring pond opening and a 75% discount on the fall pond shutdown.

This program is designed as a weekly service for water garden owners that love their water feature very much, but either have no time to work on the pond or prefer to have the professional watch over all things pond.  The weekly visit will included both the water treatments and the maintenance.  The Diamond Program comes with the general water treatments and a general maintenance package.  As a bonus Diamond Sparkle Members receive a 10% discount on the spring pond opening and a 100% discount on the fall pond shutdown.

This program is designed for water gardeners and pond owners that are planning an outdoor event at their home and need the help of our professional to make the water feature sparkle for when the guests arrive.  This is a one time visit that is usually done a few days before the party so that the treatments have time to work and any disturbed materials during the maintenance portion have some time to settle.  The Party Sparkle Care Program comes with basic treatments and a general maintenance package.
