 Notes:  Brian truly has 10 years of experience since he helped his Dad build the very first pond but has been part of the crew full time for 5 years.  Brian is very hard working and dedicated, but the thing that stands out the most is his problem solving skills.  Brian can take what most think is the impossible and turn it into an easy task.  Currently a student at Western Michigan University Brian is studying Business.  Always running on full cylinders and making sure his fellow crew members are ready to go makes him a very important leader at WaterScape.
